Margaret "Maggie" Gardner is a proud Huntsville local and is committed to serving the North Alabama community she has always called home. With experience in estate planning, probate law, corporate law, and real property matters, she is committed to providing personalized legal services that protect family legacies and preserve assets for future generations.
Maggie had the opportunity to work alongside Will Pylant as a Summer Associate at Pylant Estate Law, learning firsthand from his approach to client service and dedication to estate planning. She is excited to return in the same capacity, continuing to assist families with their estate planning needs.
Maggie received her Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi School of Law, where she served as a Staff Editor and later as Internal Communications Director for the Mississippi Law Journal. Through rigorous training in legal scholarship, she developed exceptional expertise in advanced legal research, writing, and editing with the acute attention to detail essential for complex legal work. She also served as Director of Communications and Director of Strategic Engagement for the Student Bar Association and participated in the University of Cambridge Study Abroad Program.
Maggie graduated Summa Cum Laude from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Justice, earning Dean's List honors for five semesters. She was a member of Pi Sigma Alpha National Political Science Honor Society, Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society, and Pi Lambda Sigma Pre-Law Honors Program.
